Introduction of Traditional Chinese Medicine

Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) has existed over 4000 years, is a comprehensive medical system with its own principles, diagnostic and therapies methods. Unlike western (conventional) medical theory, TCM has a very different view about human bodies.

TCM look at human body as a whole unit. The organ systems of the body include the musculoskeletal system, cardiovascular system, digestive system, endocrine system, integumentary system, urinary system, lymphatic system, immune system, respiratory system, nervous system and reproductive system. In general speaking, our bodies consist of organs, muscles, skeleton and nervous system. The body parts are working together, disharmony between them would cause imbalance in our bodies, medical symptoms would be appeared.

Chemical drugs are widely used in western medical methods. However, we stressed the side effect of these chemical drugs. TCM use natural therapy, including Chinese herbs, acupuncture and acupressure, providing the most natural and safe treatment to patients, not only to relieve the medical symptoms, but also to treat the illnesses completely.
